It's fall, so that means pumpkin spice everything. Obviously we'll indulge in some of the seasonal goodness, but right now, we're asking you to put the latte down and get ready to pumpkin spice it up (pun intended). Have no fear the Train It Right Pumpkin Workout is here. You know that pumpkin that is hanging out on your porch or driveway? Grab it before you carve it and make it into a jack o'lantern. This is the only workout equipment that you need for this workout! If you don’t have one get one. It will be the cheapest medicine ball you’ll ever find. I picked mine up for $2.50.
You can perform this intense workout at home and need very little space to get your pumpkin sweat on. This workout will tone your whole body by targeting your legs, abs and arms, and you can use any size pumpkin that you feel comfortable lifting. Remember to make sure that your pumpkin is clean from dirt so it doesn’t slide in your hands then grab a stopwatch, cellphone, timer or clock and set it to 45 seconds. You will perform each exercise for the full 45 seconds each and repeat all exercises in order three to four times. Get ready to sweat with your pumpkin!
